1.Refund Policy
30-Day No-Hassle Returns:
We accept product returns within 30 days after order shipment through the platform.
2. Return Shipping
We want you to try our award-winning Seedpace Interactive Player to ensure you like it. You can set it up, listen to stories, and interact with it. If you don't like it, we will send you a prepaid label via email to return the product for a refund.
Please note, returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in original packaging and contents. We currently do not offer exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.Initiating a Return
Ensure your return meets the above conditions. To start the process, contact our customer service team:
- If purchased from a third-party website (such as Amazon), follow their return procedures.
- You can also contact us directly for assistance.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 7 business days. If it qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Issues
- Delayed Shipping: If your order hasn't shipped after 2 business days with no notification, email us. We will address the delay and confirm delivery.
- Lost Package: If you haven't received a package but the carrier shows it as delivered, contact us promptly with relevant details so we can investigate and decide whether to resend.
6. Return Address
